Operation Clothes

So I've decided that it is time to do the ever-so important task of going through my clothes in my closet.  I've had enough of the good ol' morning routine of pulling out a top or a bottom (or pair of SHOES) that is too big (very rare), too small (most likely the case), or doesn't fit my new Mommy status.  I've decided that once again I will rekindle my love affair with totes and begin the process.  Hopefully tonight-I will come together with Russell's labelmaker--and sort away.  I've already been thinking about my labels (nerd-alert is right!)

MATERNITY(also know as kinda fits, but not really)
TOO TINY FOR THIS GIRL, BUT MAYBE SOMEDAY

IF MY FEET EVER SHRINK

and of course the NO WAY IN HECK WILL THIS EVER FIT AROUND MY THIGHS, WAIST, BUTT, CHEST, OR TOES (ALSO KNOWN AS THE GOODWILL PILE)

Please wish me luck.  I figure if I put this on my blog maybe I'll make it happen.  I guess we will see.
Love,
the momma

You know you're a mom when....

1. You take your pile of mail into the bathroom with you so you can
sort through what is unimportant, or needing attention.
2. You start referring to your significant other as daddy, even when
it's just the two of you.
3. You still haven't sent out birth announcements!!!
4. Suddenly a chunk of 4 hour sleep is the best thing ever!!
5. You completely get the part in Knocked Up when the mom uses her
skills to figure out if It Is chocolate or poop.
6. Doing hair gets put to the wayside because that is 30 minutes of
playing or sleeping!

Oh and the list goes on;)

In my next life....

As I look at the window I see a bike cop pulling over some poor soul
that was speeding in a school zone. I feel bad for that person, what a
way to start your day. But more importantly I think about how cool it
would be to be a bike cop. So in my next life, I've decided I'm Going
to be a bike cop. If I have a choice that is...
