Fun Times

Even though it isn't Summer, we are still trying to get F*u*N in when we can! We went to the Great Wolf Lodge with friends and had a blast. Dempsey had a fun disco party! Lots of fun in the pool, which will be closing soon. I took the kids fishing to a spot 5 minutes from home and it was awesome! We caught 6 fish, and although I handled all the fish-some of the kids got brave enough to deal with the worm<3 Lastly we finally attended an Art Walk and had such a great time! Talk about a community affair! It was amazing!

Camping!

Russell booked this awesome camping spot this past weekend. It was 160 acres of amazingness. This woman has had this land for 100+ years in her family. She used to be a middle school teacher. She allows camping on her land, and while we could see other campers we were definitely spread out well. She has a heard of alpacas, some llamas, ponies, goats and dogs. We got to pet all of them, except the llama. Her land is adjacent to the Colorado Trail, and we were able to even hike a bit of that! Also neat, this place is very close to our favorite-Wellington Lake. The weather was a bit chilly at nice, but it was glorious in the day! 

A great place, and definitely a place we want to go back to!

Put Dad in the Photos

Dempsey always appreciates when Russ will trim her bangs. I don't feel like I can see in a straight line, so I always prefer this too! 

We've encouraged the boys to get workouts in and they have really started to enjoy doing this with Russ. They all watch a Beachbody video, talk about their muscles, and then share how sore they are the next day:)
