TIme, Time, Time!!!

Darnit.  I'm trying not to beat myself up for this post.  I want a post with FUN PICTURES and font and cool organizing of the text.

But let's be honest.  I'm not willing to devote my time to that now.  URGH.  Whatever.  If I have a free moment in the evening I NEED to be sleeping, because I'm nursing a sweet, sweet boy all through the night and tag-teaming on another sweet boy who sleeps horribly especially when he is sick.

SO whatever.  With my students I work with I always tell them to remember what their goals are.  So I shall take my own advice.

My blog's goal or maybe I should say...my BLOGGING goal:  TO not forget these awesome times.

SO ...the latest AWESOMENESS of Aylen!

What you should know before I tell this story:  AYLEN hates when you touch his hair.  He has had too many memories already when someone has trimmed his hair, without really telling him that is what we are doing.  Not cool.  All the sudden you are playing, swimming, or heaven forbid sleeping and you hear this "snip snip snip" right around your ears...shoot I'd be mad too.  Therefore this has led to him not really approving of shampoo, putting water on his hair or combing his hair.  Well that leads to knots, which leads to dreads, which leads to "snip snip".  You get the drift.  Don't worry we have taken care and taken charge of this situation.

SO onto story.  The other night Aylen was very very sick and needed loving through the night.  I cuddled up with him and starting rubbing his head/hair.  Usually a big no-no, but this is something that I crave anytime.  Touch.  So...Aylen didn't object which was awesome...and when I stopped because I thought he was asleep...he grunted and rubbed his head-his wy of asking for more!

Today we all actually had breakfast together. When Aylen finished his cereal he picked up his bowl and drank the rest of his milk ! I had no idea he knew about that:)

Lastly, we received this awesome
Book that I can't remembered the title but it reminds me of a where's Waldo,..it has a bunch of scenes with this cat family. The other night I asked
Aylen to point to various things..he immediately found the fireplace, Te red door, the sun...it's so cool to see how much he is learning!!!

Ahhh love y'all!
Megan
