Let's Go Fly a Kite

 Grammy graced us with her presence this weekend, and what a great weekend it was.  I decided that it was time to get the awesome ol' Monkey kite out.  I couldn't quite place the last time I had taken a kite out.  Must have been around 10-15 years ago.  So let's just follow the pictures.

And then a gust of wind came, and it was all over and Grammy went running.

AND then the gust of wind came again and AJ got extremely scared that the wind was going to blow him away.

AND we made a donation to the kite Gods!

and promptly headed home because the WIND was "no fun!"

I felt like we truly gave Aylen a common experience of childhood this weekend:)
