I'm so proud of AJ!!! On Saturday he completed his first ever soccer season. His last game was by far his strongest showing! He completely highlighted his progress from never playing soccer to being quite the player!
In his last game he had endurance the whole game, he ran faster than ever to get back on defense and prevent several goals, he had his first breakaway experience, and he scored his second ever goal!!
And to think I was nervous about him playing!!!! At the end the coach handed out trophies and medals;) AJ was so proud of them-and insisted he hold them all the way home!!
I'm so excited for him;) He showed amazing sportsmanship out there-& was a complete joy to watch!
I cannot wait for next season!!
