This week was definitely a little less eventful, thank goodness. I don't think any of us could take another week like last. TOO MUCH FUN! This week consisted of finishing the upstairs master bathroom shower.........a 16 hour work day was had yesterday to finish it. GUH. A.J. learned from his brother how to climb the tree out front. Demps and Ella used the double sinks for the first time in our bathroom! Adorbs. AND ....lastly....
fathers day.
We had a new tradition start off our Fathers Day, the "Easter Hunt" for presents. The boys loved going and getting Dad out of bed. We went to breakfast, ate a cinnamon roll, checked out/cleaned up our new rental, grabbed lunch, watched Jurassic Park, moved some boards, completed the shower hardware setup, and finished up with some BBQ.
I'm Thankful for you Russell. So much so. No one knows our kids like you and me. You are such a lovely and real dad, and that I appreciate. You work and play hard. One of the sounds I love best, that I will have forever cemented in my memory, is that sound you make when the boys and girl are tickling you and they have you. The giggles they have, the giggles you have. It's the best.
