So when Ms Shea posted about this several months ago I had to check it out. That's right, I am a Shake Weight user. I was doing it twice a day prior to going to South Padre (didn't want to slap folks in the face with my upper arm flap as I waved). I have not done it at all since coming to NE and my arms are getting more flabby again :-( So like would ya share yours with me?
HAHAHAHAHA! I just got my mom one of these for Mother's Day!! :)
