First Run
Welp! Waited a little over 5 weeks and decided I couldn't wait anymore! I hit the pavement today for the first time in a long time. It was beautiful! Amazing how much I needed to feel my heart pound, sweat, and work da body. I'm pretty darn excited to know that after nursing lil Dempsey, my body will be all mine again. Forever! So three cheers for beginning the first workout towards my forever body:)
